Tyler Pennington
Tyler has owned and operated businesses in the real estate and construction industry for over 20 years. As a licensed General Contractor and Realtor, he and his clients have bought, sold, built, and remodeled all over Davidson & Williamson County. In addition to construction, Tyler has a passion for finding and capitalizing on investment properties ranging from traditional rental homes to vacation STRs and even farmland. In 2014, he partnered with lifelong friend, Cory Parkinson, on several projects in Nashville - the culmination of which led to White Pines!
At White Pines, Tyler's main responsibilities are within the finance realm. He manages all bookkeeping, accounting, taxes, banking, and cash flow management. Tyler also handles all investor relations and legal matters.
